2. Diagnóstico Simplificado (45 min)

Active Listening: Focused questions to quickly understand the essence of the brand, its audience (if any), its communication channels, and current branding-related pain points.

Identifying Opportunities: Searching for gaps or areas where the brand could significantly improve with a more robust branding strategy. Examples: visual inconsistency, confusing messaging, lack of clear positioning, difficulty differentiating from competitors.
