Following Minc.Space's COSMOS methodology, we embark together on an in-depth journey to guide you in building or evolving your brand strategy.

Meeting Structure

1. Immersion and Strategic Diagnosis

  • Deep immersion into the universe of your brand and segment.

  • Exploring the uniqueness of your company and its history.

  • Mapping of the "players that orbit the operating space" and tracking of elements that will define the brand's identity.

  • Identification of market needs, desires and expectations.

2. Analysis of Brand Context and Ecosystem

  • In-depth market research, competitor analysis, and understanding of industry trends.

  • Discovery of competitive advantages and initial value proposition.

3. Brand Purpose, Vision and Values

  • Define or refine the purpose (the brand's "why"), vision (where the brand wants to go) and values (guiding principles).

4. Público-Alvo e Personas

  • Details of the target audience and ideal customer profile.

  • Building or analyzing personas based on data and behavioral insights.

5. Brand Positioning and Unique Value Proposition (UVP)

  • Clear definition of the brand's positioning in the market, how it wants to be perceived in relation to its competitors.

  • Building a Unique Value Proposition (UVP): what makes the brand irreplaceable for its audience.

6. Archetype, Personality and Strategic Tone of Voice

  • Identifying the brand archetype and personality

  • Defining the tone of voice guidelines that the brand will adopt, ensuring consistency and resonance with the target audience.

7. Key Messages and Visual Conceptual Guidelines

  • Guidance for creating key messages.

  • Guidance for the conceptual definition of visual guidelines that express the brand's identity and personality.

8. Brand Platform and Strategic Action Plan

  • Review of all defined brand platform elements (Purpose, Values, Vision, Mission, Audience, Persona, Positioning, UVP, Archetype, Tone of Voice, Key Messages and Conceptual Visual Guidelines).

  • Creation of a strategic action plan for the initial implementation of the brand platform, including guidance for briefs from internal teams or external agencies.

9. Long-Term Strategy and Evolution

  • Discussion on maintaining brand relevance, adapting to new market trends, and the role of continuous innovation.

  • How to define and monitor branding success metrics (recognition, engagement, perception).

An advertiser and designer with 20 years of experience in the market. A graduate of UFRGS and a postgraduate from Unisinos, he has developed brand projects in regional, national, and international contexts for various segments. His travels to more than 60 cities in 18 countries and four continents broaden his cultural and strategic background, bringing a global perspective to each project.
